In this role, you'll:
- Lead the coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services across major projects
- Review and validate contractor submissions and installation methodologies
- Develop and maintain commissioning programs and schedules
- Conduct detailed site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Chair services coordination meetings with contractors and consultants
- Oversee testing and commissioning procedures for complex building systems
- Manage the resolution of technical issues during construction and commissioning phases
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and relevant building codes
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- Experience in building services coordination or commissioning
- Strong technical understanding of MEP systems
