Our client is a specialist building services design consultancy with a reputation for delivery quality design projects across sectors that include education, retail, industrial and office fit outs and refurbishments. They have spent over 20 years perfecting their craft, and have built a loyal and repeat client base that has given them security in uncertain times.
They're looking for a Senior level Mechanical Engineer to join their team with a day to day of supporting the design, updating the client on progress across Mechanical projects, QA with the juniors in the team & managing the client, responding to RFI's. Overall acting as the project lead and using your contacts to develop new business too!
It's a great chance to build off your already impressive portfolio with retail, commercial, and mixed-use developments being their bread and butter, you'll work closely with end clients on delivering multi-disciplinary projects with you as the subject matter expert, they give you real control over projects and autonomy with how you work.

They have built their business off the back of being experts in the space, with streamlined and efficient processes the Sydney team get the chance to bounce off one another, when they are in the office it's like watching a well-oiled machine with Senior Engineers leaning on one another to get projects over the line.
They work hard, but they have fun whilst they are doing it. They prefer their staff to be in the office at least 2 or 3 days a week, but they try to make their environment as fun as possible…. So, work doesn't always feel like work.
