This company is well known for developing their staff. The CEO started with the business as a graduate. Over 80% of their leadership team started with the business in intermediate and senior positions. They take every engineer as an individual, set clear development pathways, and promote from within. Hard work and skill set is rewarded over tenure. Ownership is a genuine opportunity when you reach leadership.

If you're looking for hybrid working, then this company might not be for you. They prefer their team to be in the office at least 4 days a week, as they believe this is where the magic happens! You learn from those around you, through listening, asking, and collaborating. This doesn't mean they aren't flexible around day-care drop off and pick up, and other life stuff!

This role will see you exposed to a mix of project sectors that include defence, healthcare, education, commercial, residential, and infrastructure.

You'll be experienced enough to design complex hydraulic plumbing systems right through the entire project lifecycle whilst offering mentorship to the juniors in the team. If you're ready you can take the lead on larger multi-disciplinary projects, and you might also take responsibility for the commercial outcomes of the project, and client relationships.

You'll influence project outcomes and consult with your clients.

The company has around 280 in the business, in 8 offices, are privately owned, and aim to stay that way, meaning you won't be tied down by complex admin processes. They are forward-thinking and aren't shy about adopting new technologies and ways of working.

If you've ever fancied flying a huge drone, then you might want to learn more.

We don't need a CV from you right now, so don't worry if you're not ready for that. We can have a quick chat on the phone and go from there. Jack Foster - 0407719874.
