You'll get hands on with some exciting projects varying in the water and wastewater sectors ensuring sustainable water supply for communities across the regional and metropolitan areas of Australia.
Where this role really stands out is the development and training on offer, the structure of the business is set up with direct reporting lines to the business owner and Senior/Associate Engineers meaning you have access to over 30+ years of industry knowledge.
They are large enough to compete on the big end of town. They give their staff responsibility when they are ready, not when they hit a certain year of experience or grade. If you want to be more technical, they will give you hands-on, one-to-one training, if you want to be more commercial, they'll get you involved in client meetings, if you want to manage people, they will give you the opportunity to do so.

They are looking to bring in a Principal Water Engineer that knows their stuff. Preferably someone with 10+ years of experience water and wastewater trunk pipelines, pump stations and rising mains or previous experience with InfoWorks WS Pro and/or InfoWorks ICM.
Day to day you'll be supporting the team's activities, mentoring younger engineers and contributing to the team's technical strengths
