Although their roots are in Building Services (and they are top of their game)! They are keen to take their successes into new sectors. They now have plans grow into the structural engineering space.
They are looking for an associate or principal-level civil engineer to join them on their journey in the capacity of NSW State Director. There is already a strong, established pipeline of work, that you'll have access to straight away.
This isn't just a business development role, although you will be expected to build on already strong relationships.
In the early stages of the role, you'll take a hands-on approach to projects, however, you'll be supported to grow a team. They have plans to grow the structural team to 20 people within 5 years, with you at the helm!
You'll be paid fairly and receive a bonus when you do well. There will be potential to gain equity as well. You'll be given the flexibility to work from home a couple of days a week and be treated like an adult. You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects in the residential, commercial, hospitality, education, health, and industrial sectors and potentially transport and infrastructure projects in the future.
