Mission Critical Sector Leader - Tier 1

Global Tier 1 Consultancy is seeking an experienced Mission Critical Team Leader to lead their Victoria operations. This role combines strategic business development with hands-on project management, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of mission-critical infrastructure in the region, working with some of the biggest Hyperscale providers in the country.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Spearheading growth of the mission-critical sector in Victoria, targeting 10% year-over-year increase
• Cultivating client relationships with architects, builders, and hyperscalers
• Overseeing project lifecycle from site acquisition to commissioning
• Mentoring a team of 10 professionals across mechanical, electrical, and commissioning disciplines
• Achieving an annual sales target of $4.5 million in fees
