Mid-level Client Side Project Manager (construction)

I am seeking mid-level client side project managers with solid built form consultancy experience ideally in the accommodation or Education space.

Are you looking to not only use your excellent project management skills but also experience the development space?

You will benefit from front end life cycle work as well as delivery, offering fully varied project management exposure.

Our client is a young, dynamic, and growing mid- size project management and development management consultancy.

The project portfolio and pipeline focuses on the accommodation sector including high density residential, social housing aged care, education and retirement living.

Our client is currently working on 30+ active projects at different levels of the life cycle, with the sweet spot for the projects being between $20-$150 million.

They value the development of their team, promote management positions from within, and have a great retention rate of staff as a result.

Personal development plans are employed leading to a clear roadmap on how to get senior and beyond.

Must haves

• Minium of three years of PM consultancy experience in Australia
• Full life cycle experience from concept to handover
• Bulk of experience has been within built form
• Full working rights in Australia

Nice-to-haves

• Techincal background, studies in archeicture, construciton or enginering
• New build experience
• Accomodation or education sector experience
