Foreman - $35m Luxury Class 2 Residential Project

Key Responsibilities

• Dive deep into project documentation, plans, and specs to ensure smooth delivery.
• Lead subcontractor performance, making sure everything is on track with safety, quality, and methodology.
• Own the site setup and ongoing maintenance, keeping everything aligned with project objectives.
• Oversee daily site activities, ensuring everything is running to plan and schedule.
• Take the lead on short-term programs to hit project goals and targets.
• Maintain high safety and quality standards across all aspects of the site.
• Manage defect resolution and ensure a seamless, defect-free handover.
• Ensure the timely completion of quality assurance documents and deliverables.

About You

• Proven experience as a Foreman on large-scale residential projects, ideally in the $10M - $50M range.
• A trade qualification or relevant construction management background.
• Strong experience in industrial relations, with the ability to drive a positive HSE and QA culture.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to problem-solve and communicate effectively.
