- Lead the expansion of this award-winning consultancy into Brisbane, supported by the 80-strong Sydney engineering team
- Projects in Brisbane and Sydney acorss High Rise hotels, health infrastructure, Commercial and Residential sectors
- Leverage their existing team and comprehensive service offering - from fire, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and vertical transportation.

Your Impact as Brisbane Director
You'll:
- Be the face of our Brisbane operations, building their presence and client relationships in Queensland
- Lead the delivery of high-quality multi-disciplinary building design services
- Build and mentor your team while maintaining our commitment to nurturing engineering talent
- Drive business growth and manage P&L for the Brisbane office
- Collaborate with our Sydney team to deliver integrated solutions that exceed industry standards
- Be highly renumerated with an impressive salary and profit sharing options.
What You'll Need
- Proven leadership experience in building services engineering in Brisbane and Queensland
- Strong Brisbane market connections and business development capability
- Track record of building and leading successful teams
- Passion for sustainable, innovative engineering solutions
- A technical background across building services from either: Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics or Fire Services
