Director - Queensland Office | Engineering & Project Management Advisory

Location: Brisbane
Salary: $200,000 base + super + bonuses and perks

A leading national boutique consulting firm is seeking a Director to lead their Queensland office. With a strong presence across Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney, this firm is recognized for its expertise in strategic asset planning, capex management, building services design, and EPCM. Specialising in the existing property space, they provide clients with in-depth knowledge of their buildings, managing projects from concept development to design, build, and ongoing maintenance and Asset Management.

The Role

As Director of the Brisbane office, you will:

• Lead the office's strategic direction and growth, reporting directly to the Sydney-based Managing Director.
• Oversee the delivery of key projects, ensuring they meet client needs and quality standards.
• Grow and mentor a high-performing local team while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Manage financial performance and drive business development within Queensland.

About You

You are a seasoned leader with:

• Strong experience in project management, engineering, or property advisory.
• A solid background in strategic asset management, capex, and building services.
• Proven success in leading teams, driving business growth, and managing client relationships.
