$70M D&C Commercial Project | Career Growth with a National Builder
We're recruiting for a Contract Administrator to join a Tier 2 Builder with 70+ staff in Sydney and $500M+ in annual revenue. Delivering high-profile D&C projects ($40M+), this builder is kicking off a $70M commercial project currently in the ECI phase, with slab pours and structural works set to begin soon.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage procurement and administration of contracts for large-scale mechanical & electrical packages
✔ Assess, negotiate, and finalize subcontractor agreements
✔ Monitor project costs, budget tracking, and variations to maintain financial control
✔ Work closely with the project team to ensure seamless contract execution
✔ Prepare progress claims, evaluate invoices, and manage dispute resolution
✔ Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants & clients to drive project success
✔ Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, industry regulations, and company policies
