You will have the freedom to run the projects how you see fit and work with a fantastic team in the process.
You will ideally be a project director/ senior associate with 10+ years of experience and experience in delivering projects in high-density residential, aged care, accomodation or retirment living space.
They recognise this level of seniority, the knowledge of years in the industry, and the contacts you have too. They want you to be spending 99% of the time utilising your skills in the best way you can, and who better to decide that than you?
Our client is 70% project management and 30% Development management, they treat this area of the business as completely fluid and interchangable, making them an ideal spot to grow your skills.
The team is currently working on upwards of 60 active projects, many of them in the accommodation space with work in residential, retirement living, aged care and social housing.
The sweet spot project-wise is $30-60m, some projects however are north of $150m.
You will be leading a team, and the perfect candidate would be able to leverage a contact book to help grow the business in client retention and fresh business development, you will benefit from generous performance bonuses off the back of it.
