Building Services Engineer (Property Consultancy)

We are currently representing a national, independently owned property consultancy that offers a diverse range of services, including QS, buildings consultancy, PPP advisory, FM advisory, expert witness, and tax and asset services.

They are now looking to recruit a Building Servies Engineer/Technical Services engineer to work within their buildings consultancy business. The role itself will focus on providing their clients with advice on the condition and maintenance of their building services, so day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting condition assessments, forecasting works, providing cost estimates, performing technical due diligence and make-good assessments and capturing and reporting asset data.

The role will also include preparing consultancy engineering bids, managing subcontractor reporting, ensuring QA, invoicing, and tracking projects' financials. Typical works will range from $1500 to $500k +.

For this role, they are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years experience in building services, FM or Ops Management. You'll have a technical background, and hold relevant tertiary qualifications.

Accreditation with industry bodies such as FMA, IFMA, IAM, IPWEA, RICS, or AIQS is highly favourable.
