They are now looking for an Associate Director or Principal level Mechanical Engineer to join them on the 'rocket ship'.

From day one, you'll be given the freedom to take charge, with a direct reporting line to the State Lead.

This position will take charge of the current mechanical team, which is 14 people. You will be supported by two ADs and two team leaders who help manage the team day-to-day, giving you the freedom to act as more of a high-level technical mentor, client advisor and project director.

For this position, they are looking for a proven leader in Australia's building services sector, ideally with experience in education, healthcare or asset renewal. They are looking for somebody who's not just technical but a commercially savvy individual who is confident in winning work and driving growth - with the support of a fantastic brand of course.
