Jack has over 10 years of experience recruiting exclusively within the design engineering field - covering building services, civil, structural, renewables and digital engineering sectors. He has been responsible for more than 500 placements within the industry, many at an executive level, and has cultivated an expansive network across the design and construction sector, building a reputation for his honest and genuine approach to recruitment.

Jack is considered to be the most recommended building services recruiter in Australia and was awarded Australia & NSW's engineering recruiter of the year (Sourcr) in 2023 and 2024.

Jack is a big believer in human connection, and the notion that the connections you make in life, however small and brief, can lead to life changing opportunities. Whilst having recruited on behalf of some UK leading architectural practices and development firms, Millie partnered with Architects, Landscape Architects, Urban Designers and Interior Designers to find their motivators and proactively connect them to the best opportunities the market has to offer. Millie is now exploring Australia's market and is always happy to chat and offer some insights on the Architecture and Interior design sector.

Lewis Phillips

After several years working in sales, Lewis has developed a passion for working with people and developing long term relationships with those that he works with, which has led him into the work of recruitment.
