Jack Foster

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Jack is a specialist engineering recruiter with over 8 years of experience recruiting exclusively within the engineering design field.

Since escaping the wet climate of Northern England and arriving in Australia in 2016, Jack has cultivated an expansive network across the design and construct sector, building a reputation for his honest and genuine approach to recruitment. During that time, he is proud to have placed over 250 design professionals across building services, civil, structural, renewables and digital engineering sectors.

Jack is a big believer in human connection, and the notion that the connections you make in life, however small and brief, can lead to life changing opportunities. And that’s where Connexus was founded, Jack takes pride in connecting and advocating those that have common interests and goals, so they can help each other succeed.

Away from the office Jack enjoys unwinding with family and friends and slowly eating his way through many of the cafés and restaurants that Australia has to offer, travelling, and scuba diving.

Gareth McCafferty

Gareth is a people focused recruiter with a background in psychology, and over 6 years of recruiting exclusively within the Australian building services engineering market. Throughout that time, Gareth has cultivated an expansive network across the design and construct sector, building a reputation for his honest and consultative approach to recruitment.

Away from the office, Gareth enjoys keeping active by hitting the mats at the local BJJ studio, walking his little Frenchie, and cheering on the Gunners!

Devina is a transparent and people-focused recruiter with 3 years’ experience in recruiting for technical positions across civil and structural engineering, as well as geotechnical, sustainability and renewable energy. Throughout Devina’s career to date, she has built a reputation for her honest and consultative approach to recruitment, valuing long-term relationships with her candidates and clients, over one-off transactions.

After several years working in sales, Lewis has developed a passion for working with people and developing long term relationships with those that he works with, which has led him into the work of recruitment.

Lewis believes in putting people first, wanting to see them succeed and most of all happy. For him, this takes priority over anything else. Making great connections while striving to achieve the best outcome with every interaction.

Outside of work, Lewis is passionate about Football, Golf and all things sport.
